My CineLux Rewards is where locally owned CineLux Theatres thanks its loyal customers. Members of My CineLux Rewards are able to earn “CineLux Points” which can be redeemed at CineLux Theatres locations.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not participate in this program.

The CineLux Theatres Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how CineLux collects, uses, and discloses information about its customers, including our rewards program. Joining My CineLux Rewards

You may only have one (1) My CineLux Rewards account that is personal to you. My CineLux Rewards is not intended for use by anyone under the 13 years old. If you are between ages 13 and 18, you may only participate in My CineLux Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

To join you will need to create an account and register online for a digital My CineLux Rewards Card. You may create your account and register by:

(1) Visiting https://www.cineluxtheatres.com/rewards

(2) Downloading the CineLux Theatres mobile app on your Android or iPhone device and choosing Rewards from the navigation menu

To register, you will need to provide: name, email address, birthday, and phone number.

Earning CineLux Points

My CineLux Rewards members earn CineLux Points by presenting their Card prior to completing purchases at CineLux Theatres and online at https://www.cineluxtheatres.com.

You will earn CineLux Points as follows:

• One (1) Point for each dollar spent on movie tickets or concession/café purchases (excluding alcohol) at a CineLux Theatre.
• One (1) Point for each dollar spent on movie tickets (excluding booking fees) online at CineLuxTheatres.com
• One (1) Point for each dollar spent on movie ticket purchases (excluding booking fees) through the CineLux Theatres mobile app.
• Points will be issued to Members based on whole dollar amounts spent on qualified box office and concession purchases. Any portion of a qualifying purchase that is less than a whole dollar amount will not be credited towards CineLux Points. For example, if a member makes a qualified purchase of $10.75, they will earn 10 CineLux Points based on the whole dollar amount, which is $10. The remaining $0.75 will not be considered for reward points calculation.

You will not earn CineLux Points on:

• Private Rentals
• Private Events
• Purchasing CineLux Gift Cards
• CineLux Entertain Cards
• CineLux Theatres Movie Tickets through third parties such as (but not limited to) Fandango and Atom Tickets
• Any booking or convenience fees when purchasing online or through the mobile app
• Online advance concessions/cafe purchases

The following restrictions apply to the accumulation of CineLux Points:

• You will accumulate CineLux Points by redeeming of value stored on CineLux Theatres Gift Card, but not when purchasing a CineLux Theatre Gift Card.
• In the event you use promotional coupons or promotional discounted programs, you will earn CineLux Points based on the net purchase price of your transaction.
• You may earn a maximum of two hundred (200) CineLux Points per purchase and five hundred (500) CineLux Points per day.
• Your point balance will expire if you do not earn at least one (1) new CineLux Point during any consecutive three hundred and sixty-five (365) day period.
• Points may only be earned if membership card is presented during transaction, whether in person or online. Points will not be credited for previous transaction which membership card was not presented.

Rewards

Once you earn 75 CineLux Points, you will receive Five Rewards Dollars. When you redeem your Reward Dolllars, the 75 CineLux Points will be deducted from your CineLux Points balance. You may redeem your Rewards Dollars by presenting and scanning your Card at a CineLux Theatre’s box office or concession stand at the time of purchase.

All My CineLux Rewards benefits are subject to change at any time and without notice.

Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability

CineLux Theatre’s “My CineLux Rewards,” (“Program”) is designed to reward customers for their loyalty, by offering points for qualified box office and concession purchases. By participating in the Program, the Member acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below:

• Points Accumulation: For every dollar spent on qualified box office and concession purchases at CineLux Theatres, the Member will earn one (1) point. Qualified purchases do not include alcoholic beverages, booking or convenience fees, taxes, fees, or purchases made using discounts, coupons, or other promotional offers.
• Redemption and Reward: Once the Member accumulates a specified number of points, they may be eligible to redeem those points for various rewards or benefits offered by the Program. Rewards cannot be redeemed for alcoholic beverages or for gift card purchases. The rewards and benefits will be outlined in the Program's terms and conditions and are subject to change at the discretion of the CineLux Theatres.
• Limitation of Liability: CineLux Theatres shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Member's participation in the Program, including but not limited to, any issues related to the accumulation, redemption, or use of points or rewards.
• Non-Transferability: Points and rewards earned under the Program are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value.
• Disqualification: CineLux Theatres reserves the right to disqualify any Member from participating in the Program or cancel a Member's account without notice if CineLux Theatres, in its sole discretion suspects any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program.
• Modification or Termination: CineLux Theatres reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of termination, all unused points and rewards will be forfeited without any obligation on the part of the CineLux Theatres to compensate the Member.
• Indemnification: By participating in the Program, the Member agrees to indemnify and hold the CineLux Theatres, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the Member's participation in the Program, breach of these terms and conditions, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Governing Law: This indemnification clause and the entire CineLux Theatres Rewards Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Points and Rewards Dollars earned under The Program are promotional and have no cash value.

By participating in the Program, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
