Synopsis: During the Black Death in medieval England, a huntsman named Frost is accused of assault after his forbidden romance with the noblewoman Agnes is discovered by her father, Lord William. To protect his family’s reputation and political standing, Lord William forces Agnes to deny their love and arranges for Frost to face imprisonment and eventual death.
